Futsal quickly develops skills required for soccer: balance,
motor ability, agility and co-ordination, ball mastery, accurate
and quick passing and receiving,

Details of our Winter 2011 season:
• Begins on February 5th, 2011
• Recesses:
  - Superbowl Febryary 6 1PM-9PM
  - Spring break 3/21 - 4/15

• All games on the weekends *
• 7 games total
• Mostly one game per week
• One hour per game
• No practices *

Categories:
• Boys under 8-16, (Recreational and Competitive)
• Girls under 8-16 (Recreational and Competitive)
• Youth Open (High School Age Kids)
• Men Open and over 35
• Women, COED

Player Equipment required:
• Non-Marking flat soled shoes
• Shorts, T-Shirt and Shin Guard
• Matching Uniform
• Goalie may use long pants/knee pads, elbow pads


Payment Registration Methods:
• Individual $90/player (Credit Card or check)
        or
• Team $720/team (up to 12 players)(Check)

Dates (one day per week):
• Saturdays: 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19
• Sundays: 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20
Gym Locations: Dublin, CA*

About the roster
• 5-aside (4 plus goalie)
• Maximum 12 player roster
• 8-player roster recommended

Game Duration
• 20 minutes halves
• 5 minute break
• 1-minute time-out per half

Differences from soccer:
• Substitution on the fly
• No off-sides
• No shoulder charges
• No sliding tackles
• Low bounce ball
• Kick-in instead of Throw- in
• Goal clearance pass back rule
• Throw in instead of goal kick
• Youth: No Throw over half line
